Wey Advisory

Terms

Website terms.

These are the terms on which you use the weyadvisory.co.uk website. They are separate from the terms on which Wey Advisory is engaged to provide services — those are set out in the written scoping note we agree with each client before work begins.

No advice by website

The content of this site is for information only. Nothing here constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, tax or professional advice, and nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Engagements begin only when a written scoping note has been signed by both parties.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care over what we publish. We don't guarantee that every page is current at every moment; AI and technology move. If something on the site matters to a decision you are about to make, please write to us and check.

Intellectual property

Content, articles and imagery on this site are the property of Wey Advisory (or of the credited photographers — see credits). You may share links and short quotations for non-commercial purposes. Larger use requires permission in writing.

Third-party links

Where we link out, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of those sites.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The version on this page is the one that applies at the time you view it.

Last reviewed: this note is a plain-English summary for readers. The client will have it reviewed by a solicitor before launch; any small discrepancy between this page and that review will be resolved in favour of the reviewed version.
