For SMEs and Professional Firms
AI for small businesses that want to grow — without losing what makes them good.
Solicitors, accountants, architects, estate agents and owner-led firms across Surrey and the South East.
Most of our clients are professional firms of three to thirty people. They're good at what they do — good enough that the work keeps coming. What they're short of is room: hours in the week, capacity in the team. Our job is to make that room, with a small number of quiet improvements that survive a busy Tuesday.
The idea
Small, useful changes that make room to grow.
- 01First drafts come together more quickly — letters, notes, reports, proposals. You still read and sign what goes out. The hours saved go where they earn: client work.
- 02Finding things in your own files gets easier. Less time hunting through emails and folders; more time for the work that's actually billable.
- 03Bits of repetitive admin — scheduling, meeting notes, chasing — stop eating into the day. That's usually where the capacity for the next client was hiding.
- 04The people you work with still do the thinking. Just with more of the week to do it in.
What we won't do
A few things we avoid.
- 01We won't recommend a tool your team won't still be using in six weeks. That's the most common mistake in this area.
- 02We won't put AI into client-facing work where it shouldn't be. Some letters are better written by a person. Knowing the difference is most of the job.
- 03We won't sell you something because your competitors are. If there's a real reason to act, we'll say so. If there isn't, we'll say that too.
Where to start
Most SMEs begin with the AI Opportunity Audit — a two-week, fixed-fee diagnostic that identifies the three to six specific opportunities that will make a difference in your firm.
